snapshot, and FLYING FRACTIONAL generally describes operations and first come scheduling on the Yahoo
Calendar (free & easy to use) blocks out the aircraft for owner's use. The dollar numbers are:
1. Buy in $163,000. Undivided title to 1/4 share of C-500 SP/LW
2. Monthly Management Fee waived except for out of pocket expenses all other costs are 1/4 of Cost; insurance*,
hangar, mechanic, charts, subscriptions to a Citation maintenance & tracking Program
3. Maintenance reserve of $272. Per flight hour
4. Maintenance Account deposit credit to Owner's Personal share for unscheduled maintenance-held in Escrow.
If not used returns in full to Owner when reselling their position less unscheduled maintenance expense.
$12,000.00.
5. Contract Pilots are available until you or your pilot (s) are qualified & fuel are direct costs paid on a
Pass through accounting basis, no surcharges, landing and handling costs are owners responsibility
* Insurance $ TBD liability, Hull $700,000, the daily changes in the industry are relative to owners

name or Legal Entity who would take title to the shared position and telephone Number. We can assist on setting
up the holding company if needed.
